1) I Agreed, that a member of the team can cancel the booking of the property within 1 month of booking the property, otherwise the property booking will not be canceled after 1 month.
2) I Agreed, that before any person can book a property, all the documents of the property have been verified by their lawyer and have seen the property on their own and are booking the property with their support.
3) I Agreed, that after booking the property, I will get the property registered within 50 days after making full payment. If you do not get the registry done after 50 days, then the entire payment including 24% interest will be payable. And till the registry is not done, no member will get business dividends (cash back, brokerage, travel expenses, and other benefits) paid by the company.If due to any technical error, any amount of any kind goes to any member, then that amount will be returned by the member to the company, otherwise the member will be charged by legal action.
4) I Agreed, that any member can transfer his allotted property to another person, but for this the member must first give an affidavit in writing to the company that I want to transfer my property if the company agrees Only then will the property be transferred.
5) I Agreed, that as per the rules of the company, 1 plot will be allotted on 1 property ID, 1 plot will not be allotted by merging the two IDs by any means (MERGE). Any member takes a plot in any scheme, the company will give its Possession only after 24 months of registration. After registration, the member will have to pay the development cost of the property along with the Society Development Fee as per the rules, only then the site will be developed. Site development will have Demarcation by Damar Road, Water line, Electricity Pole and Plot numbers.
6) I Agreed, that after getting the registry, each member will pay the development cost of his plot of Rs 300 / - sq yard and the Society Development Fee which will be mandatory to pay Rs 50,000 / -.
7) I Agreed, that the member can work on building the plot on his plot only after 24 months after the company has given the property, according to the company, if any payment of the member is due then any kind of any kind Construction work will not start nor can a member purchase it.
8) I Agreed, that after the company gives the right of plot to any member, if any dispute arises on the property then the member will settle it with the responsibility of the company itself, the company will not have any responsibility in it.
9) I Agreed, that the member will not give any amount of any kind to any agent or dealer, any plot that the member will pay directly to the company, payment to anyone else will not be valid.
10) I Agreed, that a member can take advantage of the scheme offered by the company only after receiving its product, after receiving its bill, the member will benefit only as long as the member promotes the company's product and the company If he does not continue to do so, then the company has the right to stop all the benefits being given to the member.
